2015-2019: Academic Advisor, Hampden-Sydney College: met with advisees prior to the beginning of the semester to discuss courses to be taken, housing, and resources available to them on campus; organized several workshops for my incoming freshmen: 1) Time Management, 2) How to be successful in college, 3) How to find a major and career that is right for me; monitored their academic performance closely and sent out early email alerts after week three and deficiency notices after midterms; scheduled meetings with students who were struggling and designed a plan with them, to help them succeed. During week 11, I met with all advisees to discuss their schedule for the upcoming semester.
