My primary goal when working with a client is to engage in reflective listening and be fully present.

I have seen my clients experience tremendous breakthroughs: overcome anxiety, insomnia, fear of public speaking, fear of doctors, fear of driving, as well as increased motivation, self-esteem, and more. I utilize multiple modalities such as: Therapeutic Imagery, EFT, Therapeutic and Creative Journaling, Neuro Lingistic Programming and Hypnosis. I offer phone sessions as well as on-line sessions via Zoom.  

I believe in today's world that therapy shouldn't have to cost an arm and a leg. Therefore, I offer a sliding scale to 20% of my clientele. I also offer a free 15 minute initial consultation so we can discuss whether hypnotherapy is the right fit for you.  

I am originally from New York. I grew up in Wisconsin and currently reside in Southern California. I have been involved in organizations such as Big Brothers, Big Sisters, as well as Habitat For Humanity. I believe in giving back to the community - it feeds my soul.
