I'm an Expressive Arts Therapist who believes the arts speak the language of our soul, which gives us direct access to our most authentic self. Experience motivational and inspiring techniques for self-care. Engage, express, and transform your life through visual art, music, dance, drama and creative writing, no experience necessary.
I practice with but am not limited to at-risk youth, people with developmental disabilities, people experiencing substance abuse, children, the LGBTQQIAA community and people experiencing homelessness. I have worked with SKETCH working arts, 6th Street Youth Space, Family Services Toronto, and Girls Rock! Chicago.
I have a diploma as an Expressive Arts Therapist from the CREATE Institute and hold a Bachelor of Arts in music from Columbia College Chicago. I also have Anti-Oppression & Crisis training, and Psychodrama and Sociometry from the Toronto Centre for Psychodrama & Sociometry
