I have been trained in Perinatal Mood and Anxiety Disorders by Postpartum Support International. The goal of therapy is to help you achieve the life you want. Anxiety can get in the way of being the parent that you long to be. You might find yourself ruminating about what horrible things might happen instead of enjoying the moment you are actually living in. I am here to help you show up to the present moment more fully.
