Hi! I am a firm believer in respect for everyone and I am very passionate about being a psychotherapist. I embrace and practice professional courtesy and sensitivity with respect to all individuals and topics dealing with race, culture, religion, politics, sexual orientation, gender, gender variance, and nationalities.

I am 56 and hold a licensed master degree in social worker in the state of PA from the University of Pittsburgh and I am certified in mental health from the University of Pittsburgh. I carry all applicable insurance coverage. I work with ages 16-100. I practice many modalities of psychotherapy creating an individual treatment plan specifically for you and your needs. I am here to provide a listening, empathetic ear and support and counsel.

In collaboration, you and I will work together to understand, find solutions and skills, to heal and to find inner peace and happiness. You will go forth as a healthy, whole, confident, self-compassionate individual.
