User-Level Access

HIPAA Violation Notifications

For clinic account holders, notifications of inappropriate chart access are sent to chart owners. Client chart deletions trigger email notifications to the clinic manager identifying the user name, client name, date/time of deletion, and the IP address of the user who deleted the chart.

Chart Ownership & Back-ups

With just a click of your mouse, clients can quickly and easily be reassigned to another clinic provider. Additionally, solo therapists and authorized clinic providers can instantly download charts for on-site storage. Easily search the ICD-10 for codes and descriptions, which you can quickly copy and add to your client charts and CMS-1500 claims.

Crisis Add-On (Clinics Only)

The crisis add-on is uniquely designed for clinics that offer ambulatory services. The crisis section, including all previous crisis charts, is available to all clinic providers to help facilitate emergency cases.
